Our Clients
Rave About Our Work...

Our intent is to keep clients for life. We know that doesn’t happen by accident.

I was able to get to know the owner of What a Shine, Phil Cunningham, when he was President of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. His direct and honest approach, led us to seek out a bid from What A Shine, for our night cleaning needs, as we emerged from the pandemic. To date, we have been very pleased with the services that they perform. More importantly, they take ownership of the areas that they are responsible for. Reporting items that they encounter, though not related to their work. Additionally, they have recommended cleaning procedures based on the materials that they are cleaning, that not only enhance their work, but will add years to these surfaces. What A Shine has truly been a partner at the property. We appreciate working with What a Shine! Hospitality Services, a minority owned and operated business.

Stephen D’Agostino

General Manager, HYATT REGENCY DFW

I have known Phillip Cunningham, owner of What A Shine! for 30+ years and when we got the go ahead to re-open the Hotel, What A Shine! was the first company I called for cleaning. Our budget was very low, but Phillip surveyed our property and made recommendations that included a three month deep cleaning project of all our public space, and stay within our budget. Additionally, Phillip identified other need areas that could be completed by the housekeeping or engineering teams. From the “clean” What A Shine! vehicle and professionalism of the staff, to excellent end results, I’m proud to have What a Shine! as a partner in the success of our Hotel.

Director of Hotel Operations THE WESTIN DALLAS DOWNTOWN

We truly appreciate Phil and the What A Shine Team’s quick response to our last minute request. Their team far exceeded our expectations, not only was our request last minute it was also a large project that needed to be completed in a short time which they accomplished with incredible efficiency and attention to detail. Working with their staff was enjoyable, all were very friendly and the communication was outstanding.
